Hi I’m Idunn, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience. I teach normal yoga suitable for everyday people.  We do not strive to be gymnasts or ballerinas. We are down to earth and enjoy just coming home to ourselves.

I have been a BWY Dip teacher for over 12 years – with BWY further study modules in Anatomy and Physiology as well as Antenatal Yoga.  I strongly believe that yoga should be available and beneficial to everyone regardless of their level of fitness or flexibility, age, class or gender.  I do not believe in angels and my practice and teachings are down to earth with a touch of light heartedness and laughter.
